Recipe: Sweet Potato Bake And Maple Syrup

- 750 g sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs
- 1 g salt and pepper
Use A Mandoline
Peel and slice the sweet potato into 2 mm discs. Preheat zhe oven 190 C
Use An Ovenproof Dish
In a small pan melt butter in olive oil and add the maple syrup.
Stack the potatoes in rounds around the dish and brush each layer with butter mix and season with salt, when all potatoes are gone get tge rest of the buttet on top. Stick it in the oven fir 75 minutes.
Make The Sauce
Heat up coconut milk with creme fraiche, Srisacha and agave syrup and when the potatoes are coming out of the oven, pour 1/3 over it and let it sit for 10 minutes. The rest is served as a sauce.
