Recipe: Sugar Beets Syrup Cookies

SUGAR BEETS SYRUP COOKIES

Grafschafter Goldsaft Rübensirup gives these cookies a wonderful taste. Use Molasse instead

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Grafschafter syrup
  • 3/4 cup sofened butter
  • 1 g egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
use 2 bowls

Step 1

Use 2 Bowls

Mix all tge dry stuff, except the last 2 items

refridgerate for 1 hour

Step 2

Refridgerate For 1 Hour

Beat the butter with syrup and sugar, add the egg and beat more. Get the dry stuff in and combine. Put in the fridge

preheat oven 170 c

Step 3

Preheat Oven 170 C

Make1 inch balls, roo them in coconut sugar and vanilla and space them apart on a baking sheet, bake for 11 min.
