Recipe: Panchetta Pangasius Pasta


A quick pasta dish. Serves 2


  • 200 g tagliatelle
  • 100 g panchetta slices
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 3 l veg stock
  • 50 ml Noilly Prat
  • 2 g spring onions
  • 1 tbsp chives

Step 1

Cook The Pasta In Veg Stock

In a wide pan heat oil and pancheta cubes and start to brown. Chop spring onions and add to the mix.

Deglaze The Pan

Use a ladle of veg stock and the Noilly prat and bring everything to a simmer. Add pimento cheese cream and creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper

Cut The Fish Into Fingers

Set it on top of the sauce, clise the lid and cook for 3 min, turn the fish and keep the lid off. Finish and serve with the pasta
