Recipe: Blackberry Limoncello Ice Cream


The Italian liqueur gives a taste of summer in the South


  • 300 g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Limoncello
  • 85 g icing sugar
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
use a blender and a fine sieve

Step 1

Blitz up the blackberries and pour them through a sieve. Mux with icing sugar first

Mix the other ingredients in and pour it into ice cream maker to churn
