Recipe: Calvados Caramel Prawns
With courgette salad. Recipe is on the blog. Serves 3.
- 12 g Sheĺled cooked prawns
- 3 g Raw king prawns
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Calvados
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Pinch of Salt and pepper
Clean The Prawns
Melt the sugar in a pan and let it get amber. Add the raw prawns first then the others and coat them well
Add Calvados and soy sauce and stir well. Serve them with a side salad and some creme fraiche
