Recipe: Juniper Berry Butter Gin Carrots
A nice way to serve some carrots. serves 2
- 4 tsp carrots
- 4 g small spring onions
- 6 g juniper berries
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- 4 tbsp Gin
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 g chili salt and pepper
quarter the carrots and chop them with the spring onions in bite size chunks.
Pestel And Mortar
crush the berries to a fine crumb and toss them with the butter in a pan and let it foam.
add veggies, season and cook until getting medium, add the Gin and close the lid to steam the carrots.
