10 lolly sticks
1 bar white chocolate
400 g golden caster sugar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 bar dark chocolate
Pour Hot Water Over Apples
Boil a full kettle.
Place the apples into a bowl and pour over the boiling water.
Drain the apples after 30 seconds or so and twist off the stalks.
Push the skewers into the apples.
Make The Sugar Mixture
Tip the sugar into a pan along with 100ml of water.
Heat it over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the vinegar.
Bubble the mixture to 140ºC.
Dip Apples Into The Mixture
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a silicon mat.
Dip the apples into the mixture and place them onto the tray to set.
Drizzle Chocolate & Serve!
Melt the chocolates separately over a pan of simmering water.
Drizzle the melted chocolates over the apples and leave to set.
