Recipe: Noodle Burger (2-Ingredients)


It's extra easy, and extra fast as well - this healthier (and cheaper) alternative to the ramen burger, with just egg, noodles and seasoning. My fillings were roasted tahini slaw + maple tofu; the full recipe will be up on my blog when I have time, so stay tuned! But for the meantime, get creative, and get cooking!


  • 1 noodle nest
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Noodle Burger

1. Boil noodles according to package directions. 2. Whisk an egg with salt and pepper. Stir in (drained) noodles. Ensure evenly coated. 3. In a heated and greased pan, shape noodles into circles and cook over medium heat for about 3 mins per side, or until the fragrance of cooked eggs appears. 4. Sandwich fillings an serve. Enjoy.
