An easy combination of toasted grains and figs in yogurt drizzled with honey.
In a pan, toast your groats, quinoa, coconut and nuts.
In a deep plate/bowl, spread the yogurt around the base. If vegan/lactose intolerant, use coconut yogurt or soy yogurt.
Pour the toasted grains onto the yogurt and top with sliced figs and a sprinkle of salt. Drizzle on honey and serve. If vegan, use maple syrup.
